If I dissolve mid cheek filler, will it stop the fat pad/muscle from protruding?

It never used to stick out like this. If i dissolve the mid cheek filler will it flatten the muscle/fat next to my nose? Im getting my tear trough filler dissolved too

Unlike high frequency ultrasound such as Ulthera, radiofrequency microneedling will have absolutely no adverse effects on the placement or longevity of the filler. I would suggest waiting several days after filler placement prior to pressure applied to your face.
