Can I get HA dermal filler before Morpheus8 or SylfirmX?

Hello, I am planning to start Morpheus or Sylfirm microneedling shortly for acne scars. I also wanted cheek filler but I have heard these procedures can cause the filler to dissolve or to migrate. Is this true? Should I wait until after the RF procedures to get filler or safe to do it before? I definitely don't want migration. Thank you!
