Sometimes, providers may use a product off label to augment facial structures which is a customized approach to each individual patient. Typically, the effect of fillers lasts 6-12 months, and it is not permanent. It is hard to say through a photo if it is simply soft tissue or if there is potentially an underlying bony irregularity. My recommendation is to see a trained plastic surgeon who can do a physical exam and assess the area that is bothering you so that they can offer you their best treatment plan.
Based on your up close photos, you appear to have a small concavity by your lateral canthus. We have had favorable results filling this area permanently with microdroplet Silikon-1000.
