Can the lateral osteotomy that were placed on my nose be reversed with an outfracture osteotomy? The doctor completely pinched my middle vault and also curved my sidewalls and it feels like it’s collapsed. I found an example pic of what my bone feels like internally and looks like externally. Also placed an infracture vs outfracture photo used on a cadaveric nose. Can this be done to me and have spreader grafts placed in order to hold my nasal bones? Can the curved part BE MADE CONVEX AGAIN?!
