Can a curved lateral osteotomy (infracture) be corrected with an outfracture osteotomy with spreader grafts? (Photo)

I would really need to see photos of your nose. I think spreader grafts are early useful. The other thing to consider is whether you can breathe well

Infractures and spreader grafts: infractures are performed during a rhinoplasty on the nasal bones which constitute approximately the upper 1/3 of the nose. Spreader grafts are used to widen the middle vault which is approximately the middle 1/3 of the nose. An occasional problem with infractures is that the nasal bones drift out widening the bridge and creating a “open roof“. I have not encountered a situation where the nasal bones were “to in fractured“. In some cases the bony septum between the nasal bones may be deviated to one side . if that is the case The bone on the side to which the septum is deviated may not in fracture completely and the bone on the other side may in fracture too much causing the bridge to be crooked perhaps an x-ray would shed light on that.
