Hi, I have been thinking about getting rhinoplasty for several years, almost a decade. I have always hated my nose because of it's shape and length. I think it is my worst feature, which impacts my confidence. I am a 27 year old male from London, and I am thinking about getting rhinoplasty in Turkey because of their availability and their prices. I ideally want to reduce the bulbous tip, reduce the alar and reduce length and make my nose more symmetrical. Is that possible?

All of the corrections you mentioned can be performed at the time of rhinoplasty, and I do not think your nose is “too far gone.”  I would recommend going to someone who is experienced in rhinoplasty surgery, especially ethnic noses.
