It is very hard to give you recommendation what to do without in person evaluation. Fine dermabrasion may be one of the options rather than fat grafting? Excision of the scar?
Maybe? Nano & micro fat grafting of 10 cc's might offer the results desired. This is under local anesthesia. Fee $4,000 ranges. I would also include some micro dosed Botox.
From your pictures it appears you have baseline crows feet related primarily to sun damage and loss of skid elasticities due to age. You also have a scar from a previous procedure that may not have healed ideally.A scar revision is probably a much better way of addressing this than fat transfer. Fat transfer around the eyelids is likely to leave visible fat necrosis and results that are undesirable. If you want to attempt correcting this with volume restoration then fillers is a much better option.Talk to the surgeon who did your procedure about a scar revision.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
What you have are very slightly depressed scars. Neither Botox nor fat grafting will correct the problem. The scars are also superficial enough that trying to fill them with a filler like Juvederm Volbella will not work either. You did not state your age or your skin care regimen. What you need is todo is make sure that you are using tretinoin (Retin-A) regularly to add collagen to the dermis and gradually fill and flatten the scar.

Facial volume changes are one part of the facial aging process. Volume restoration is best done using fillers especially around the eyes. In comparison fat grafting is imprecise, unpredictable and somewhat unforgiving. Simply not looking like you did when you’re 21 is not a reason to have s...
It is very hard to remove or decrease asymmetry you currently have. Superficial liposuction, conservative treatment with corticosteroids, may have some success. Until this discrepancy is corrected/diminished I would not suggest doing anything else. You need someone very experienced in fat...
