I'm about 6'3 and 150 lbs. I'd like to have fat transferred to my face (cheeks, under-eyes, lips, chin, maybe a bit to jaw). I don't want to gain weight and think I would struggle to maintain the weight if I did so. I know fluctuating weights is bad for retaining the fat transferred. Am I still a good candidate for this procedure? Would I achieve better results by gaining weight?
