How restore fat loss around eyes/upper eyelids (not tear troughs)?

I recently turned 27 and lost good amount of fat around my upper eyelids. Is there any procedure that can restore the fat loss? I can only think of fat grafting. Is it safe to do around the eyes? Thanks.

There are two options: filler injection and fat injection. Each has pros and cons. Best to see an expert for determination of what is best for you.

Facial volume changes are one part of the facial aging process. Volume restoration is best done using fillers especially around the eyes.

In comparison fat grafting is imprecise, unpredictable and somewhat unforgiving.

Simply not looking like you did when you’re 21 is not a reason to have surgery.
