Why is my forehead like this and how do I fix it? (photos)

Question

I have a sloped forehead with bumps right above my eyebrows. It's strange because in those pictures the bumps looks really noticeable but I don't think it looks that bad in person. I see other women's foreheads who are smooth & feminane looking and that's what I want. Are my bumps going to get worse/bigger with age ? How can I get rid of the bumps and have a smooth forehead?

Your prominent supraorbital ridge can be shaven down surgically.  In some cases, fat transfer to the forehead alone(sometimes more than one session) can camouflage the bumpiness and make the forehead appear smoother, rounder and more feminine.  It'd be best for you to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in person for a complete evaluation.  Best of luck!Goretti H. These bumps could be due to muscle bulk or prominent bone. It needs to be differentiated in exam before recommending surgical option.

Correction of large supra orbital ridges in the female.  this is a procedure we developed more than 35 years ago for females with your problem. Not only can these be corrected but the hairline can't be lowered if too high at the brows can be elevated if too low. A scar will not be seen if properly done because hair will grow through it.  See a very experienced surgeon familiar with the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision  and look at his results.

You have prominent brow bones which is not a common or desired female forehead feature. These can be reduced to make the forehead more smooth and convex through either a hairline to coronal scalp incisional approach.
