I had a breast augmentation revision last year to expand my pocket to accommodate larger implants. One side looks very square and the other is round. Is it possible to undergo another revision to close off the top/ superior part of the pocket so that it takes a more circular shape? Photo attached

At size 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. The difference between 350 cc and 400 cc implants is half a cup.

I recommend waiting 6 months from your surgery date before doing any revision. At that time, assess your size, volume and desire.

If the capsule if not altered much, your risks are less than with the original surgery. Since you have had two surgeries and are still not happy, ask yourself why not. Please do not chose a size that is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue.
