There are three variables that determine breast augmentation outcomes.

Working with excessively large implants will always lead to increased complication rates, in increased undesirable side effects, and increased need for revision surgery.
3) the surgeons ability to place the implant in the correct anatomic location.
Surgeon skill will also include the ability to properly assess patient’s candidacy for the procedure, as well as adding additional procedures as needed like breast lift.
in your case, the problem is fairly straightforward.
Your implants are much larger than your anatomic frame can handle.
Your implants have exceeded all natural breast diameter periphery.
The choice of implants set you up for secondary issues like you describe.
The problem is not the shape of your pocket. It’s the size of your implants.
