Breast fold malposition - Fixable? My breast look normal standing up straight but not sitting down or leaning back. (photos)

I recently sent some photos to my out of state PS about an irregular breast fold. I had a BA 2 years ago with high profile implants. The right breast does not fold like the right side. My PS said he can fix it if it's the implant that needs be adjusted but not if it's the natural fold. I thought it can be fixed by sutures along the breast pocket? I'm confused because the fold is definitely not natural. I'd like a second opinion before I visit him next month. Thank you for your time.
