Breast augmentation one month ago. The surgeon brought in 6 implants sizes and chose what he thought looked best. I do not like moderate profile on me at all. I am 320 cc, was told I could not be larger due to breast tissue and measurements. I wanted more fullness overall. Can I add a fat transfer to achieve the results I really wanted? I am 5'8" slim but shapely. These breasts are not proportionate to my body. So disappointed

Answer: Breast fat transfer Dear Doramom1, most surgeons would recommend you to wait until you are fully healed. Every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Answer: Achieving Ideal Breast Proportions: Exploring Fat Transfer Options Post-Augmentation Yes, you can consider adding a fat transfer procedure to achieve the desired fullness after breast augmentation. Fat transfer can be an effective way to enhance breast volume and achieve a more natural and proportionate appearance. Here are some points to consider: Consult with a Plastic Surgeon: Schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon who specializes in breast procedures. They can assess your current situation, discuss your goals, and determine if fat transfer is a suitable option for you. Feasibility and Safety: Your surgeon will evaluate factors such as the amount of available donor fat, the condition of your breast tissue, and any potential risks associated with additional surgery. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your unique anatomy and aesthetic preferences. Realistic Expectations: It's important to have realistic expectations about the outcome of fat transfer. While it can enhance breast volume and shape, the results may vary, and multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired fullness.

Answer: Fat transfer after breast implant augmentation Thank you for your query. You can certainly get better breast fullness with the addition of some autologous fat on top of the implants. I would , however, request you to wait for a few months to let the tissues settle down. Please discuss your concerns with your Plastic surgeon who can help you. All the best.
