Breast augmentation one month ago. The surgeon brought in 6 implants sizes and chose what he thought looked best. I do not like moderate profile on me at all. I am 320 cc, was told I could not be larger due to breast tissue and measurements. I wanted more fullness overall. Can I add a fat transfer to achieve the results I really wanted? I am 5'8" slim but shapely. These breasts are not proportionate to my body. So disappointed

most surgeons would recommend you to wait until you are fully healed. Every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your query. You can certainly get better  breast fullness with the addition of some autologous fat on top of the implants. I would , however, request you to wait for a few months to let the tissues settle down. Please discuss your concerns with your Plastic surgeon who can help you. All the best.

Without seeing you or photographs, I would typically recommend waiting at least a few months for your current implants to settle and soften prior to any revision.  After that point, you could consider fat transfer or an exchange for a different sized implant (or both), depending on your goals and exactly what you want changed wiht your shape.

Yes, fat transfers can be done. However, I would recommend you wait 6 months from the date of surgery to let the implants achieve their natural position. This may change the site of the fat transfers.

First, you need to give your body time to heal, so you need to wait until you are 6 months from surgery before doing anything else. Second, you need to have donor fat to donate. Please discuss your concerns with your doctor.
