I'm 5'6, about 180lbs although it tends to fluctuate. I got my BBL last year May 9th. I was concerned about the faja that I sized down to because it was really tight and small despite being a large. I managed to get it on with the foams and ab boards but after the 4 weeks of wear, I noticed unsightly dents. They're still there after a year and 3 months. I also lost the majority of fat placed in my hips so I'm uneven and almost pointy on one side. Do I need a second round?

Answer: BBL results To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures to ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. A second BBL is going to add volume, and it’s important to identify the exact concerns you have or what changes you’re hoping to achieve. As efficiently experienced an honest surgeon should be able to tell you what they can, or cannot accomplish with a secondary procedure. It’s very difficult to make an assessment without seeing before and after pictures. I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. Alternatively, schedule a second opinion consultations. For a second opinion, consultations patient should come prepared bringing with them a complete set a before and after pictures and preferably a copy of your operative report. These are available from your previous provider if you request them. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
