Can this botched BBL be fixed? (Photo)

Hi everyone I went to turkey to get a Brazillian bum lift in june, and have been left with this unnaturally fake looking buttocks. As you can see there is way too much projection. The surgeon has told me to do agressive massage on my buttocks to help it go down, and I am worrying about my body which has taken a serious toll on my mental health. I am wondering if this BBL can be lost with weight loss and exercise?And if this can be fixed with a BBL revision.
