Can this botched BBL be fixed? (Photo)

Question

Hi everyone I went to turkey to get a Brazillian bum lift in june, and have been left with this unnaturally fake looking buttocks. As you can see there is way too much projection. The surgeon has told me to do agressive massage on my buttocks to help it go down, and I am worrying about my body which has taken a serious toll on my mental health. I am wondering if this BBL can be lost with weight loss and exercise?And if this can be fixed with a BBL revision.

I understand your concern. Based on your photos, it looks like you would need revision surgery. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Your picture looks more like you’ve had implants placed rather than augmentation using a fat transfer.
I suggest you follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure and have him or her address the outcome and talk about revision surgery.
I do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures.
