I am a 25 year old female and over the last two years I have noticed that my eyelids seem droopier (mostly the left one) and that my eyes are getting more downturned. Is this a matter of excess eyelid skin or do I also have mild ptosis? Many thanks.

Eyelids have skin redundancy, allowing movement of the eyelid.
The skin redundancy will be most prominent when the eyes are open.
