Question

Had multiple procedures. I was offered a lower eyelid revision to get rid of excess skin. I have had this done before right underneath my eyelash line 10 years ago. Assumed with this guy being number one America’s top surgeon and all these accolades he knew what he was doing. My incisions are not only really low, but not natural looking, and I’m starting to see bumps above one of the incision sites.

There is fortunately help. The lower eyelids would benefit from reconstruction. I strongly advise against lower eyelid skin graft or isolated interposition grafts in the lower eyelid. These approaches are generally aeshetically unacceptable or prone to early failure. A drill hole canthoplasty will not fix this. You need soft tissue recruited into the lower eyelid. I have pioneered the most comprehensive approach for repairing these eyelids. I am attaching a website reference and a video to provide you more information. Ultimately there is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment to determine precisely what is best for your eyelids. This can't be done by a zoom call.

Unfortunately, it looks like you have too much scar showing inferiorly and the lower eyelids are retracting. It is most likely that you will need reconstruction of the lower eyelids with a graft procedure.

When it comes to plastic surgery selection, my personal opinion is that there is an inverse correlation relationship between famous plastic surgeons and talented plastic surgeons.
The best plastic surgeons I know are busy taking care of patients and are not involved in self promotion.
I’m not sure what you’re hoping to achieve from your post.
It does not seem to have a question but rather be a statement.
To get a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
It looks like You have a lot of scar tissue around your eyelids and perhaps have had too much surgery.
