Are these Dennie Morgan Lines? I don’t have eczema or an autoimmune disease. Are these from a lack of under eye fat? Too thin under eyes? Pretty sure I’ve had these my whole life unfortunately

This condition can be improved by tightening and lifting  the lower eyelid insertion, a  procedure known as canthopexy. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or Oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Eyelids have skin redundancy, allowing movement of the eyelid.
The skin redundancy will be most prominent when the eyes are open.
When you close your eyes, the skin becomes more tight.
Based on your single picture, it looks like you might have a slight ectropion or droopiness of the lower eyelid.
This may be contributing to skin redundancy when your eyelids are open.
I suggest having a few in person, consultations with oculoplastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or general plastic surgeons in your community.
Ask providers to show you a good selection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own.
Try to find providers who have extensive lower eyelid surgery experience.
 You may want to start with oculoplastic surgeons.
