My double board certified, “celebrity” doctor botched my neck twice, and around 5 months post op began cancelling appts. He canceled 4 total (I didn’t cancel any) and rescheduled me for 1.5 months later despite me saying I needed to see him. His medical team didn’t respond or confirm receipt of emails. Then when I politely said I’d have to file a complaint if he kept ghosting, he discharged me from practice. How was I supposed to handle? I’m scared other doctors will think I’m the problem.
