Question

I did my nose three times and i went to many doctors they said I am a candidate but some said to use ear cartilage and some said rib cartilage because i need to support my nose structure and i have weak cartilage and the ear cartilage wont be good for my case and another said rib will not be good i dont know what to believe or choose

The feasibility of using ear cartilage in revision rhinoplasty depends on the quality of your conchal ear cartilage, and what repair needs to be performed. You appear to have an overprojected tip, and if you need external valve reconstruction with tip deprojection, ear cartilage grafting may be an option. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Considering that you may need multiple cartilage grafts, it is very likely that best source will be your own rib cartilage. It involves a small insision in the breast crease and minimal discomfort. Next to it, based on quality, is a fresf frozen cadaver rib cartilage that comes in pre-cut sheets available for additional contouring and placement; very likely that there is no significant difference in long term results. However, what you need the most is a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, since every next reconstruction is more challenging and more difficult. Good luck.

Hello. By now with three procedures  behind you, you have got a lot of fibrosis. Even though pictures do not allow me your hole nose, I would consider to place some cartilague from your ear. On plastic surgery know, and because of your correction, rib cartilague is too risky.
The procedure I propose is under local anesthesia  and it lasts about 45 minutes, then you go home.
Each time you get a bad procedure you create a bigger problem in your nose, believe I had repaired a lot of nose jobs in my 30 year experience.
