Breast fat transfer and non surgical lift: how much can BodyTite or J-Plasma lift my breasts? (photos)

Question

I have gained weight for a bbl surgery and in the process my breast have grown and become less perky. I now want to gain more weight and add armpit lipo, fat transfer to breasts and possibly bodytite or jplasma to give my breasts a lift. How much can bodytite or jplasma lift my breasts? Will it kill my breast fat? Also is the brava technique effective or worth it? I would love to gain 2 cups sizes but I would be completely satisfied with gaining 1-1 1/2. I’ve included before and after pictures.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You don't need the lift user so forget body tite. If you want to go up two cup sizes you will need an implant. Fat transfer won't get you there. Look at photos online of fat transfer and see if any of those cases accomplished what you want

Please do not try to gain weight just for a fat transfer.  Brava should not be done after any fat transfer, and is very limited in help before a transfer.  If you want two cup sizes in gain, implants will be your best choice and much more reliable.

Fat transfer to breasts will not increase much since injection zones is limited space to fill. As for non surgical lifting techniques -Body Tite or J-Plasma poor lifting results. Best you realize results will not meet your expectations.

Based on everything you’ve stated in your post you should go straight to having a breast implants.

From what you stated fat transfer with thermal skin tightening will leave you disappointed.

First in for most fat transfer can deliver 1/2 to 1 cup breast increase volume as a final result at best.

Because the increase volume is based on body fat if you ever lose weight your breast will shrink rapidly.

Energy device is intended for skin tightening will definitely kill fat and reduce your breast volume.

I purchased the J plasma device when I was first available and used it for a year.  I literally saw zero skin tightening and lots of my colleagues used it for intended breast lift without any improvement with the exception of reducing breast volume.

Implants are ideal for what you’re trying to achieve and it’s the only way to get there.

Personally I think fat transfer with the use of thermal skin tightening will leave you disappointed.

Certain plastic surgery procedures have a lot of exaggerated before and after pictures floating around the Internet.  in this category fat transfer it’s probably the greatest culprit.  Early postoperative pictures after fat transfer look very impressive but do not at all represent final results.

In regards to body tight and J plasma there are almost no pictures available that show impressive results that do not also include having done liposuction.  from what I see universally the results these devices depict can be obtained with Liposuction alone.

If you are 100% opposed to having breast implants then opt for breast fat transfer and except the inherent limitations with the procedure but personally I would not recommend J plasma or bodytite with fat transfer.

Both liposuction and fat transfer results vary immensely among different providers.

These procedures have the greatest variability and outcomes of any surgical procedure I’ve seen.

For that reason I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection.

To find the most experienced and qualified provider I recommend each and every patient schedule multiple in person consultations.

During consultations you can get a better assessment and understanding what can and cannot be accomplished with these procedures.

Most providers who recently spent over $100,000 on a new surgical device are going to be eager to recoup their expense.  I am somewhat unique and having purchased the device and still recommending patients not have the treatment.  In full transparency I sold the device a year after I bought it.

Personally I do not recommend patient’s gain weight for a fat transfer procedures either but this topic varies a bit among providers.
