I had septo-rhinoplasty 1 year ago. My nose looks like it has started to push to one side. There is also a bump visible of I turn my face to one side. I feel a pulling sensation and pressure in my head and nose. I have contacted my PS who is due to see me in a few weeks. I am not happy with my nose and I am dreading the fact that I may need more surgery to correct this. Pictures have been provide. Below

It is very difficult to tell from a 1 limited photograph what is causing the issues. A thorough internal and external examination of the nose is required to make a determination about it very difficult surgical procedure such as a septoplasty and rhinoplasty.
