Fat injection lumps around eyes can be very difficult to manage. 5FU injection may help. Surgical removal may be another option. Camouflage filler injection may be another option. Consultation required.

There is no permanent reversal to fat grafting unless its surgically or liposuction removal.  You can try steroids + 5FU + hyaliuronidase with or without RF treatments like venus legacy and exilis ultra to get improvement. I suggest you see an expert for an evaluation.  Best, Dr. Emer. 

Some patients can develop fat lumps after a fat transfer - even when everything seems to have been done correctly!  The skin here is very thin, so any irregularity can be seen.5-FU and steroid injections can help, but usually done soon after the surgery.  Not sure if it will help this far out, but you could try.  Also - some heat such as with microneedling with radiofrequency may help to break up the nodule.  If these fail, you can have them surgically removed.  

Are you sure the issue is fat grafting and Not some other filler? If fat the 1st line to dissolve is very dilute deoxycholate - KyBella solution.Fee $900. May need 2 sessions BUT must be overflow dose. If after 6 weeks not improved than must consider the injections were not fat. Than I would try secondarily HA dissolver. If the did not help final 5FU low dose. 

I have a 30 year experience woith fat grafting...….you are not alone with this problem , these deformities are very common around the lower lids and very difficult to remove. Steroid and 5 FU injections have been proposed but have not been successful in my experience with them. Sometimes camouflaging the bumps with filers like restylane is helpful. Surgery is very difficult here depending on the placement of the fat.  If the fat is discretely placed in one level  it can be removed...but usually it is in all the layers of the eyelid and removing it sometimes creates a worse deformity than before. It's a tough problem. there has been some interest in using kybella there, but  there is not enough experience yet to recommend it
