Developed under eye bag after fat grafting, advice?

For complicated revision eye issue, photos and examination is needed to give you accurate response. It is possible eye fat has prolapsed. You may benefit from lower blepharoplasty.

Could be some fat that is swelling.  ALso might be from the radiesse.  If it persists, may need to have it surgically removed. 

Hi LittleCatastrophe,Sorry to hear of your frustration!  Is it possible for you to post a picture?Without the picture, it’s hard to say, but it sounds like the normal architecture of the grafted area has been disrupted— so either the fat or radiesse could be showing or swelling around where those were placed might be creating the ‘bag.’This can be alleviated if the fat or radiesse is causing it - radiesse will go away over time, and fat can be removed.Follow closely with your surgeon or go for another opinion.Best wishes,Dr. Jay

If you're unhappy with your final fat transfer results, a combination of 5/FU steroids, lasers, microneedling/prp, ultrasound and radiofrequency can give improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
