My eczema is so bad and the dry skin clogs pores and causes acne. I’ve had prescription ointments that do not help, and only steroid shots do but only temporarily. There’s a med spa that does back/chest facials with chemical peels but my research is giving mixed answers about chemical peels and eczema. I desperately want to have somewhat normal skin before my beach trip this Spring. Thanks!

It looks like contact dermatitis

Get a prescription hydrocortisone cream 1% and take traction and don’t use anything else
Good luck
