it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. Fullness of the submental area (double chin) can occur from fat deep to or superficial to the platysma muscle. If you animate your face (lower your lower lip) and fan out your platysma muscle you can palpate your submentum and see how much of the fat is superficial to the platysma - this is the fat that liposuction can help. Often times fat deep to platysma may be causing the fullness and in these situations liposuction of the neck may not help it’s fullness while also causing contour abnormalities. Jowls are descent of your facial fat compartments and skin - this will not get better with liposuction.

This may be due to a collection of submental fat (previously liposuctioned), loose overlying skin (at age 33), or a low riding hyoid bone. A physical examination is required to determine its nature.Kybella injections are often used to eliminate stubborn deposits of submental fat. On occasion, we see younger patients with lax skin who will respond favorably to neck lift. There is little success in treating a low riding hyoid bone.Height and weight information would be helpful.Best wishes...
