LIpo or Emsculpt neo for thighs? 120lb and 5ft3 (photos)

Question

Have always maintained a healthy wt until this yr went up to 120lb 5ft3 due 2 diet +not exercising as much working @ home culprit and I need to change diet. am 42 and all adulthood weight was c.104-112lbs. would i notice a difference in thighs w lipo or should i consider emsculpt neo so I can fit in my pants again? and work on losing lbs by cutting calories at same time. realize i gained some back in stomach but feel now it abdomen is not as bad as thighs hoping this might help jumpstart me

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from liposuction.
