Are there any options to treat puffy/ cone like nipples? (photos)

I'm a 19 year old female and I feel as if my areolas are very puffy and enlarged. I've done quite a bit of research on nipple reduction but none of which were similar to my particular case. I've also read how certain females can have a delayed puberty that causes this and I also noticed that males with gynecomastia have similar nipples. Is this fixable ?

It is possible to reduce the nipple in a male. It's called a nipple reduction procedure. Find a plastic surgeon in your area and see them in consultation that way you can find out what your options are and what it would cost.  Best wishes.

Hi, thanks for your question. Your surgical options really depend on what you would hope to achieve from surgery in addition to nipple-areolar complex reduction. This could be combined with an uplift procedure +/- augmentation with breast implants or fat transfer to give you the best results....

Unfortunately only surgery can reduce the size of your nipple. Fortunately, nipple reduction is a relatively simple procedure that can be performed using a local anesthetic as an office procedure.
