Is there a way to make my right nipple go back to it's original size after removing my piercing? (photos)

I am a male that had my right nipple pierced about a year and a half ago. I took the piercing out six months ago and the tip my nipple didn't go back to its original size. Is there a procedure or anything that can be done to reduce the size of the tip of my nipple so that it is the same size as my left one again?

It is possible to reduce the nipple in a male. It's called a nipple reduction procedure. Find a plastic surgeon in your area and see them in consultation that way you can find out what your options are and what it would cost.  Best wishes.

Nipple piercings leave a permanent hole and associated scarring, even after removal of the piercings.  This can create increased protrusion of the nipple.  Prominent nipples can be addressed by male nipple reduction surgery, which is a 20 minute procedure performed under local anesthesia (with laughing gas, if desired).  The procedure involve excision of a small ellipse (eye-shape) of skin and underlying tissue with repair using absorbable sutures.  There are no stitches to remove, and healing occurs within a couple weeks.
