I'm 9 weeks PO and my nipples feel like they're bruised. They are completely healed and look good but hurt.

Most patients do not still have pain 9 weeks after nipple reduction surgery.  Contact your plastic surgeon to discuss your symptoms as soon a possible. Best of luck.

if your nipples continue to hurt and there is little improvement, see your surgeon to see if you need any medications to help with irritated nerves

Although strange to still be having this sensation it is not uncommon especially with fluctuations in temperature. Hyper and hypo sensation can occur and can take months to settle. I would advise massage and consulting with your PS again for reassurance.
