Advice for a 14 year old girl with uneven breasts. Is there any surgery or medication I can get to help?

Given your age group you should review all these issues with your parents and your pediatrician. Consider waiting for age 18 prior to signing up with any surgery as your physical and emotional maturity are key.

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with your breasts, but you are not alone. There is no medication for breast development in normal girls. Your development is based on your age, genetics, hormones, and weight. Do try to keep your weight at a healthy level. Do try and let your parents know what you are dealing with, and perhaps your doctor as well. Once you have reached 18, you can talk with a plastic surgeon to see what options are available to you.

I am sorry to hear about the physical and psychosocial concerns your breast asymmetry causes.  I would suggest: make sure your parents are aware of your concerns. Then, start with your pediatrician and a complete workup. Then, once this has been accomplished, seek consultation with board certified plastic surgeons to discuss options. Pros/cons/risks/complications of each option should be discussed.
