I have one a cup and one c cup. The larger one always hurts and is seemingly getting bigger. Last year I had two b cups. I don't understand why one is getting bigger and the other smaller. My breasts were even until I became anorexic around age 12. As I gained back weight they became uneven. And even though Im healthy now they just keep getting worse. I'm bullied constantly and it's extremely difficult to find clothes and bras. Is there any surgery or medication I can get to help?

If you want to increase your bounce: Silicone implants feel more like natural breast tissue whereas saline implants tend to have more waviness and bounce more when jumping or running especially in those with small breasts.See a board certified plastic surgeon for best advice.
It would be foolish to go from 700 to 800. Very very few women should even have the 700. Remember the larger the implants the larger the troubles and also far more redos. Enjoy the 700 and forget the 800s. My Best, Dr C
