I just had a bichectomy two days ago but in the right cheek I feel air trapped, it is like a little bubble. I dont have any other systemic sympton. Is it normal?

Buccal fat removal does remove the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks (chubby cheeks) but does not affect the shape of or size of the lips. Therefore buccal fat removal won't make the lips a bid wider.
