Are these jowls or buccal fat pads? What can be done for my lower face? (Photos)

I'm unhappy w/ my cheeks & lower face, I can't tell if it's buccal fat or Jowls, also it feels like to me depending on what I eat its more or less puffy throughout the day. Pls let me know what could give it a more defined appearance. Im 26, 5'4" and 110 lbs; the fullness seems to subside a bit if I eat very little food for days, but even then it's still not that defined, how do I tell if it's actual buccal fat or jowls or some other kind of interstitial fluid swelling? And what can be done?

Patients in the late 20s may present with chubby cheeks and initial sagging of the face ( beginning of facial aging).Chubby cheeks could be addressed with buccal fat removal. Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that removes the buccal fat pads, cause of the chubby cheeks, thus making the face more thin and chiseled in patient candidates. Skin folds next to the corners of the mouth are not jowls but signs of mid face descend, very likely secondary to weak cheek bones. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your picture, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of this procedure in your situation. I hope this helps.
