I'm worried about my nipple placement, I think they may be too high. How are they measured for placement?

hello and thank you for your question! When we take measurement we start at your sternal notch and measure down to each nipple to check for symmetry and placement of a nipple during procedures such as a breast reduction. Typically we like to see nipple placement between 19-21 centimeters. Check with your surgeon and ask them about placement so you can be sure your new look will be proportionate to you. Good luck!

I like to use several reference points for positioning. I look at the inframammary fold and palpate through the breast for the right position. I also like to measure it from the sternal notch.
