I'm worried about my nipple placement, I think they may be too high. How are they measured for placement?

I am a bit worried about my future breast reduction, as I think the nipples may be to high if the surgeon relies on my short arm length to position them, as she uses the length of a persons to position them. I feel I would then have too much breast tissue under the nipple!
