My breast were healing fine, only thing is I could feel some stitches coming through if I ran my hand down my incision. This morning I woke up to this! There was nothing there yesterday, just a stitch! I called my PS office, waiting for call back. Should I wear better compression bra? I wear sports bras without wire.

Hi there, thanks for your question and congratulations on your surgery. Often, as breasts are reduced and lifted, the overlying skin is draped over the tissue. This can cause a tight sensation. Fortunately, this is usually temporary and should subside with time. Best of luck to you.
This is a very common occurrence following a breast reduction or breast lift with a T incision. This area will heal fine. At this point just keep the area clean, follow your surgeon's instructions, and monitor the area for any evidence of infection.
