Undetectable, healthy HIV positive client & hair transplant in Istanbul- Turkey

Question

I'd like to find if someone who is undetectable HIV positive patient will be accepted for the hair transplant at your clinic? Heard some awful stories that clinics in Istanbul discriminate healthy HIV positive people by rejecting to complete some minor procedures like the hair transplant. Discrimination like this is not allowed in Europe because HIV can't be transmitted if the clinician is using some basic equipment like glows & sterilize equipment after each procedure. So long as you are being treated and your cell counts are okay, HIV should not be a contraindication to hair transplantation.

We have been doing HIV positive for many years. I remember one patient who has HIV and died 10 months after his hair transplant. His mother visited me to thank me because he was so happy that he when he died, he would have a full head of hair for his friends and family
