You have a relatively large area of hair loss and a small donor area that clearly has below average density. It would really depend on what you were looking to accomplish with a hair transplant. You would only have a few options that would include only transplanting a small area in the frontal hairline area. You would not be able to come close to getting coverage for your entire area of hair loss. In most patients who come to me in your situation I recommend not starting the hair transplant process.
