I have a lump in my tear trough one year after Juvederm. Is it a filler deposit? What about granuloma? (photo)

Filler under the eyes tends to last longer than in other areas.  As the filler is dissolving it can sometimes absorb more water, leading to swelling.  If that is the case, then hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler and bring down the swelling.  I would recommend seeing your doctor to determine whether or not anything else such as a granuloma or infection could be causing the swelling.  

HA filler in the tear trough can last for at least 1-2 years.  In some patients a viral illness may trigger an immune response in the filler, causing it to swell.  You should see your doctor and have the residual filler dissolved with hyaluronidase. 

Juvederm can sometimes expand and draw in fluid as it disintegrates. I would recommend dissolving the filler and possibly refilling with a product that is less hydrophilic.

This may be filler that is still present in the tear trough.  Your plastic surgeon can help determine if that seems to be the situation.  If it is, the remaining filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

What you have is a small amount of Juvederm that has migrated towards the nose from the action of the orbicularis oculi muscle. You may want to see your treating physician and have a small amount of hyaluronidase administered. Good luck from New York City
