Swimming 18-19 days after FUE hair transplant. Is it ok to swim in the sea and put my head in the water?

I’ve done a fue hair transplant on the 22nd of May in Turkey . I’ve arrived for vacation at a beach resort today, 10th of June . Is it ok to swim in the sea and put my head in the water ? Is it also ok to protect it from the sun with a lightweight loose polyester swim cap ??

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  There is no need to use a salt solution.
