Thank you for your question. Meditoxin is a neurotoxin that is produced by Asian manufacturer Aestura. This is not a product approved for use within this USA, thus unfortunately I do not have experience with this product. There are several other neuromodulators such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport that are great products. I hope this helps! 

Thank you for your question Incognitogal.  Scaling and scabbing is rather common post CO2 therapy, but typically you should gently wash your face and attempt to avoid picking scabs due to possible scar formation. Unfortunately there are no photos to view of the scabbing, but should always allow them to fall off naturally. I hope this helps!

Thank you for you question ksk147.  It is really difficult to assess facial asymmetry from the photos you provided, but some asymmetries can be corrected using different filler agents. I would recommend seeing a provider in your area who can perform a proper facial assessment. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your question Vishu2112. There are several treatment options, but truly depends on the type of hair loss you are suffering from. It looks as though from your photos, you have classic male-pattern baldness. This is commonly treated with agents such as Dutasteride/Finasteride, which help to block DHT in the scalp. In our practice we like to use a combination of these oral agents plus PRP injections to the areas of loss. Hormonal Deficiencies such as Hypothyroidism can also be a contributor to hair loss. Thank you for your answer Ms H.  Smokers or Vertical lines above the lips can be treated with botox depending on the severity of the lines, but 2 other treatments are typically a little better for more resolution. The first, is microneedling, which uses a small vibrating tool with several small needles to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles and helping to produce more collagen. The second is a CO2 fractional laser device, which uses CO2 technology to help reduce areas of concern. 

Regarding filler products, you can use Juvederm Ultra to assist in these areas as this filler agent has a little bit thicker consistency than volbella when being used for vertical lines.
