When you take away all of the muscle action in the face, the only lines that become apparent are the ones that come from the outside as opposed to the ones that come from the muscles. This appears to be a line caused by you sleeping on your side at night and no muscle to pull the skin away from there in the daytime. If it is more prominent in the morning, try to sleep on your back or on the other cheek...

Thanks for your question. If you had your forehead and crow's feet areas treated, I really can't understand why or how you would develop any sort of effects from the Botox in an area that is so remote from the injection sites.  Even with your photo at rest it appears you have the line, which means it may have been there for longer than you realize.  If in doubt, just let the Botox wear off and see how things look. None of Botox's effects, be they good or bad, are permanent; so if the Botox is to blame this will resolve itself. Best of luck to you.

Waiting 2 more weeks will not make any difference as it has already been a month and the Botox has reached its peak.  Sometimes after injections there is recruitment of muscles in the area producing lines that were not present before and this can be treated with Botox by an experienced injector

my first question to you is, do you have photographs of yourself grimacing in a similar way before your Botox treatment. Also, Botox should not have any effect on the nasal muscles when it's being injected only in the forehead or the frown muscles. I would see your treating physician and make sure you bring lots of photographs of your face with and without Expressions prior to treatment. Good luck from New York City
