I had Botox in my brow and crows feet 10 days ago and I am now unable to smile properly on one side. The Botox appears to have affected the top of my cheek muscle so it can’t pull my mouth up into a smile on that side any more. I think I had 5 units round each eye but I’m not certain. Is there anything I can do to help the muscle regain control quicker? I’m terrified of spending a full 3-4 months like this.

It is difficult to answer since there are no before and after photos to assess. Usually Botox if injected is above the lips not in the lips. Did you have filler instead? Follow up with you injector for an in person exam to address your concerns. Hope this helps.
Eyebrow droop typically is associated with injection site location rather than migration of the product. However, Botox can migrate, unlikely with your scenario. Pressing on the bump 1.5 hours after placement will likely not cause any eyelid droop. Follow up with your injector in 2 weeks to...
I have a large group of patients who have been consistent Botox users for 15 years and I have never seen anyone with atrophy of their foreheads.Best wishes
