Will my skin tighten post explant? (Photos)

Question

Had explant on 1/18/18. I love my shape. Hoping my breast will get a little bigger. I am a full C right now. The issue I have is that when I raise my arm, my breast flatten, almost like wrinkles up. I just started giving myself massages, and light cupping. Will my skin retract? Or what can I do to improve it?

Thank you for your question and posting the pictures that are appropriate. Congratulations on your nice results after explantation and lift. After three months postoperatively, you may consider fat grafting to address slight irregularities in volume and shape.

Congratulations on your surgery!  It is doubtful that the breasts will get any larger solely from the healing process.  You can consider fat grafting or a smaller implant to help with shape irregularities.  It appears you have a very nice result.

Wearing a good compression bra is your best option to expedite healing.  It is doubtful the breast will get any larger unless you gain weight.  I would avoid the cupping as that may do more harm than good.
