Can I have a lift 2 years after subglandular implant removal? Minimal breast tissue capsules left in place. (photos)

Question

I had my subglandular implants removed almost 2 years ago. I’d like to have the skin tightened and the areolas greatly reduced in size, I don’t mind being having no volume & being flat chested but I’d like the skin to at least be tight and the nipples in their appropriate position on my chest. Is this possible after having implants placed subglandular and the capsules being left in? I’ve attached some goal photos as well as my own.

Yes, in my opinion you can safely and reliably undergo a breast lift operation at this time. Given the photos you have provided you could reasonably expect the outcome shown in the post operative photos. I would recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience in revisionary breast surgery. Good luck.

At 2 years after breast implant removal it is safe to proceed with a breast lift.  The goal of this procedure would be to remove and tighten your excess skin and to decrease the diameter of your areola.  Without an implant your breasts will probably appear very flat and deflated.  Best of luck.

Yes, based on your photographs and started concerns/goals, breast lifting surgery seems to be a very reasonable plan.My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. You appear to be a good candidate for the lift.  Your areola can be downsized during the procedure to a size that is appropriate for your breast.  I think you can expect a nice result.  I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.

I think that you're actually in a good position to have a lift. Having waited 2 years helps ensure the blood supply to the nipple is good and you should a very nice result.  It would help remove the extra skin and get your areola to a smaller size.  Good luck!

It is safe to have a lift at this point and it can really improve the aesthetics of the breast by reducing the areola, tightening the lower pole of the breast and repositioning the breast tissue.    See a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery.  Good luck!

A lift can be performed but you do not have a lot of tissue to pexy.  You might need a small implant as well.
