Should I remove or add on my cheeks?

I have .5 ml of filler in each cheekbone/lateral cheek. The results are uneven and made my temples look more hollow. I only used a syringe split between sides. Should I get more fuller or should I look into dissolving?

I see this occasionally in my own practice. Almost always it is present preoperatively and becomes more noticeable as the tissues of the face are tightened. I would personally leave it alone for about a year before pursuing filler. Hope this helps.
