Hello and thanks for sending photos along with your question - they are helpful.  Everything looks normal to me.  Each person has a certain degree of skin pigment, and some have veins that are more superficial and look more blue, purple, or dark in certain areas.  I would not consider these to be abnormal in any way, but see your primary care physician if you are having any symptoms related to the presence of the veins.  

All the posted veins look like normal veins and they can be due to many factors including genetics, levels of hydration, exercise and even sun exposure.  I would not recommend any treatment for them unless you want cosmetic removal with sclerotherapy.
