Hello, I am 40 years old and I have blue lightening bolt veins under my eyes. I would like to get them removed. I have hollow sockets and aging and translucent skin. Which laser would be ideal for me? I have been researching online and my main concern is the effects I may have after. Burns and scarring. I have read many reviews of the complications.

this can be Improved with yag lasers like excel V.  however, tthere Is risk of scarring in the area, I would suggest you do treatment for the crepe skin as well such as cosmelan peels at home and eye rollers (see link to emeragecosmetics.com) and In office co2 laser and/or halo.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Treatment with long-pulsed YAG laser is effective and safe for blue periorbital veins when treatment is done by an experienced doctor. However, special precautions need to be taken to protect the eye. I only treat veins that are outside of the orbital rim. See an experienced laser specialist for in person evaluation. Regards,Dr. Ort
