Over the last few years I have been progressively getting spider / thread veins over pretty much all of my skin. I have them on my legs, back, stomach, chest and arms and a few round my nose. The ones on my upper body are finer and redder than the ones on my back and legs which are more purple in colour. I'm only 20, is there any medical reason why I have these veins all over my body? And is there any hope to get rid of them given how widespread they are? Thanks

You should have no direct sun exposure to have the best results with a topical laser treatment and you should wait at least 3 weeks from the sun exposure for a topical laser treatment.
This can be Improved with yag lasers like excel V. however, tthere Is risk of scarring in the area, I would suggest you do treatment for the crepe skin as well such as cosmelan peels at home and eye rollers (see link to emeragecosmetics.com) and In office co2 laser and/or halo. Best, Dr. Emer.
