What can be done about this forehead vein? (Photo)

Hello, what can I do about this bulging vein in the middle of my forehead? I am 34 and feel it has gotten a lot more noticeable in the past year. I was straining in this photo (it is less noticeable when I’m not straining). What is the safest and quickest option? Thank you.

there is a procedure where people ablate the burn hte vein but that can cause blindness, It is a risk.  lasers can be used but dont work as well and can lead to scarring. I tell people to just leave this alone but excel v can be used with less risk than surgery.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Laser vein removal works well for veins of all sizes and types. Depending on the types of veins present and the size, some treatments may work better than others depending on what is being addressed. Lasers work great for spider veins and are now considered the gold standard treatment for most cases; however, patients who have certain types of spider veins may be better candidates for sclerotherapy.
