5 weeks post-op chin Smart Lipo and I don't see any results, what is my next step?

Thank you for sharing your story and photos. You are still within the acute healing phase after Liposuction. The discolored skin will improve and the residual fat and inflammation  will decrease during the next year. Have you tried lymphatic massage? Perhaps discuss this and your concerns again with your Cosmetic Surgeon.

on your recent procedure...The procedure of liposuction is an
"insult" to the soft tissues, resulting in swelling which will
initially totally obscure the operative result.
60-80%
of the swelling should subside within the first 6 weeks, with the remainder
slowly subsiding over 6-12 months.
Continue
followup care with your plastic surgeon...Express your concern. You still have a way to go!

Wearing the compression garment helps with swelling.  Ask your surgeon to compare the before photos with you to your result once the swelling has subsided.
