Unfortunately the question of what 600 cc's will look like is like asking what a size 12 dress will look like or what a size 10 shoe will look like except that you can't try on a breast implant in the same way. I disagree with the response that you can use a 600 cc implant externally and know what the result will look like properly positioned behind the breast. 600 cc's has an effect of one thing on one woman's breast and another on another woman's breast and you cannot just choose an implant volume and make it work.Breast implants are properly sized by dimensions and positioning, not just by starting with a number of cc's and working backwards. For round, smooth surface implants under the muscle for the upper part of the breast, the proper way to size them is to measure the width of your breast across the widest point, upright, and with arms down. If you subtract 3/4 to 1cm from this you will know the diameter (and height in a round implant) of the implant that will fit properly behind your breast,. You then choose a forward volume (profile) of low, medium, or high profile (not always called that) in order to fill out by about 1, 1 1/2, or 2 cup sizes from what you start from. You then look up the correct diameter implant in the breast implant charts for the profile you want and then you find out how many cc's it has. Properly positioned and healed in place, this will look like your breast about 1-2 cup sizes larger depending on your profile choice. Your height, weight, and skin tone will not change. Your breast will look lifted because of filling out the lower pole (below the nipple-areola) but implants do not actually lift the breast.
